**Your Role at Nextt**:
We currently have a vacancy in the **Chermside **Region of Brisbane for Casual **Male** Mental Health Disability Support Workers working with our male client.

Experience in PBSP's to work with a client transitioning from a Mental health Facility in **Chermside** back to his premises in **Redhill**. This role is completing community access work only. Must have keen observation and communication skills. Client would like you to be interested in Bushwalking and Shoes to align with his interests.

**We have Shifts available daily - **Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 0800am to 1500pm (not every day is required)

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Previous Experience in Mental Health Disability Support Work
- Experience working with individuals who have Positive Behavior Support Plans; experience with challenging behaviors is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with peers and management staff

**Your Certificates and Licences**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Yellow Card) - must be applied or current
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- must be applied or current
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Australian Driver's License and access to a fully insured (comprehensive insurance) vehicle

All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $40.00 per hour
