**Female Support Worker - SIL (Supported Independent Living) & SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) - Mandurah, WA**

**About the Role**
Open Sky Disability Services is seeking an experienced **Female Support Worker** to join our **Supported Independent Living (SIL)** team in Mandurah, WA. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to a high-care client in a **Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)** home environment.

**Shift Schedule**:

- **Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday**: 7:00 AM - 2:15 AM
- **Wednesday**: 2:00 PM - next day 7:15 AM _(includes inactive sleepover from 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, paid break onsite)_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily living assistance and personal care
- Safely operate **full hoist** and **Sara Steady** equipment
- Support high-care clients with dignity and respect
- Monitor and record **BSL checks** (Blood Sugar Levels)
- Administer medication in accordance with competency training
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
- Support clients with community participation and household tasks

**Essential Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **SIL/SDA** environments and high-care support
- **Full Hoist** and **Sara Steady** operation experience
- **Medication Competency Certificate**:

- **Manual Handling Certificate**:

- Experience performing **BSL checks**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport

**About You**:

- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to supporting people with disabilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Flexible to work the rostered hours, including sleepover shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $43.00 per hour
