**What can you expect?**

Due to increasing client needs for mental health and psychosocial risk support, an exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced Senior Consultant to join a highly skilled team of safety and risk consultants in the delivery of client projects on mental health and psychosocial risk support. This role exists within our Workforce Strategies (WFS) specialist practice, which is part of Marsh Advisory. WFS is a dynamic practice driven by a large and impressive team of consultants who specialise in the Health, Safety and Wellbeing field.

**The successful applicant will**:

- Provide clients with strategic and operational solutions to their mental health and psychosocial risk needs
- Travel to client sites within Victoria to provide on-site specialist support
- Coach and mentor other consultants to support and grow careers
- Work with leaders and other consultants across the team to achieve project outcomes and KPIs
- Ensure deadlines are met on time and in scope, and work is of an excellent quality
- Adhere to administration and end of month time management reporting

**What you need to have**:
Crucial to your success in this role is the ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, influence and build credible relationships at all levels, both internally and with clients. Strong organisation and planning skills, as well the ability to work with high levels of initiative and to strict deadlines are essential in this role.
- Strong industry experience
- Prior experience working within a consulting environment would be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and client management skills
- Project management skills
- Tertiary education in psychology, WHS, and/or related disciplines would be highly regarded
- Covid19 vaccination to enter client sites
- Driver licence and vehicle to travel to metro and regional locations (all kms reimbursable at ATO rates)
