The **Study of Australian Technologies and Healthcare Education** is a top higher education provider with campus in **Brisbane**. We offer unique programs for both local and international students.

About the Role

Students are our priority, and we want someone who shares this passion As a **Student Recruitment Manager**, you will help guide students in starting their journey with **Study of Australian Technologies and Healthcare Education**

We need someone who understands international markets and can also sell online training courses to local students and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage sales and marketing activities for our educational institute
- Work with **education agents** and use **B2B marketing strategies** to attract students.
- Track student demand, analyze market trends, and monitor competitors.
- Improve marketing strategies by identifying short-term and long-term goals.
- Attend **education fairs and conferences** to promote AIBI.
- Work with other departments to support international students with academics, housing, and student services.
- Build strong relationships with students, agents, and corporate clients.
- Manage partnerships with **local and international agents**.
- Develop new business opportunities and meet **sales targets** every quarter.
- Contribute to a **positive work culture** and student engagement.
- Follow all regulations related to **international student recruitment** ( CRICOS, Department of Home Affairs).

Required Skills and Experience
- Must speak **multiple languages** to communicate with local and international stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, especially with **overseas agents**.
- **2-3 years of experience** in the education sector.
- Experience in **international student recruitment** and sales.
- Knowledge of cultural, legal, and regulatory requirements in student recruitment.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong **organizational and time-management skills**.
- Experience in **database management and data analysis**.
- Commitment to **diversity, equity, and inclusion**.
- A **bachelor’s degree** in **sales, business, or a related field** (or equivalent experience).
- Goal-oriented, sales-driven, and able to **collaborate with a team** to meet targets.
- Self-motivated and able to **manage time efficiently**.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
