We're looking for 2 x Full Time Sales Assistant to join our team at our Converse Authentics Factory Outlet Perth Watertown.

**Key Expectations**:

- Create a fun, energetic environment for our customers
- Contribute to daily sales and KPI targets
- Consistently practice exceptional customer service
- Consistently perform to operational and merchandising standards
- Partner with teammates on tasks processes, merchandising and product flow opportunities
- Ensure product knowledge of footwear, apparel and accessories
- Support superior standards around store cleanliness and store safety
- Act in accordance with store policies and procedures at all times

**Essential Skills Attributes**:

- Roster Availability
- Experience in a retail environment
- Strong selling techniques and experience delivering high-level customer service
- Store opening/closing experience is preferred but not essential
- Can maintain merchandising standards to maximise sales
- Is a team player and leads by example
