**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Data Center Manager, you will be tasked with achieving and exceeding the stated goals of the business. Core to the method of achievement are the Equinix Promise, our values, our purpose and our dream.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the successful provisioning of all customer services within the targeted time frames
- Ensure highest levels of customer service are met for both external and internal customers
- Collaborate with all departments within the business to ensure a smooth provisioning of services
- Liaise with customers to facilitate smooth service delivery and ensure provisioned services meet and exceed customer expectations
- Communicate with the Finance department to allow billing to occur at the earliest invoicing cycle
- Utilise project management techniques to deliver services stated in customer orders
- Manage and engage third party vendors and suppliers to complete necessary works in the required time frame
- Accurate updating of internal systems to ensure integrity of all these systems and the processes they drive
- Carry out additional tasks and duties as required by the business from time to time

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience of 3+ years in the Data Centre or Telecommunications industry
- A background in project management and data base entry and management in the Data Centre or Telecommunications industries is preferred
- Adept in use of Microsoft Office
