Junior Order to Cash Associate - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
The Opportunity
Due to significant growth in the Government & Defence division at Toll group, we are seeking a junior order to cash associate to join our global logistics shared services function.
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, based in Wacol QLD.
As the Junior Order to Case Associate, you will be:
- Responsible for completing the reconciliation, dispute and collections processes for Healthcare Portfolio within Government and Defence.- Assist with onboarding of Healthcare customers via receipt of completed forms and phone communication for confirmation of details.- Providing high level of assistance to Healthcare customers via phone.- Taking regular credit card payments.- Accurate and timely completion of forms and reconciliation of Healthcare customers.- Responsible for the integrity and timely completion of all data reconciliation tasks as applicable to the portfolio.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a fast paced, high volume group environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of accounting principles.- Excellent finance system skills including Microsoft Office.- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.- Ability to deal with pressure and tight timelines.
