Glenorchy Doorways are seeking expressions of interest from those, who are interested in gaining hands on experience in the Community Services sector.

The Doorways philosophy embodies the holistic approach to how Salvos care for people at their point of need - by helping people resolve, not just their immediate crisis, but also working with them to identify and address the broader underlying issues that are contributing to their hardship.
Participating in our volunteer Doorways Program will provide opportunities to
SERVE and build relationships with fellow Community Members
LEARN new skills and gain knowledge by working alongside our experienced and professional team
GROW by showing empathy and compassion towards others.- The Salvation Army is a child safe organisation and is committed to protecting children and young people from harm. All child related roles will require the successful completion of a Working with Children Check. _Additionally, certain volunteer roles may require a National Police Check._
