**DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS**:
Dream Design Building is dedicated to turning dreams into reality by providing high-quality custom home building services. With over 20 years of experience, we pride ourselves on our client-focused approach and commitment to excellence. At present we need a **Civil Engineering Technician**.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist in the preparation of designs, plans, and specifications for civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, water and sewerage systems, and concrete structures.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to gather data and assess project feasibility.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including materials used, labor hours, and equipment rental.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project presentations and submissions.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to coordinate project activities.
- Communicate with contractors and clients to clarify project requirements and progress.
- Provide technical support in the evaluation of project proposals and cost estimates.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during construction.
Education : Degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in related field
Australian Experience : At least 3 + years of Australian Experience **OR**
Overseas Experience : At least 3+ years of Overseas Experience
Specialist : Technician - Civil Engineering
Work Rights : Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
