The Compass Group Recruitment team are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Cleaning Supervisor** to join our team at **Canberra Girls Grammar School** in Deakin.

**About the Role**
- Oversee our team of Cleaning Attendants, including rostering, training, and performance management
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct cleaning duties, including mopping floors, removing rubbish, etc.
- Review and implement policies and procedures where required

**About You**
- Working with Vulnerable People Check is essential, or ability to obtain
- Must hold a current ACT Drivers Licence
- Experience leading a large team to conduct commercial cleaning operations
- Confident and competent with all areas of people management
