At Cabrini Women's Mental Health, we proudly operate Australia's premier private, women-only mental health service, housed within the Lisa Thurin Women's Health Centre. Our specialised facility focuses on providing compassionate treatment and support for women experiencing mental health challenges in a secure and nurturing environment, ensuring both patients and clinicians feel safe and protected.

About the Role
An opportunity is available for a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist with relevant experience to join our team. The role will provide exceptional reception and administrative services to our clients attending the facility, as well as our VMO, Allied Health and nursing teams through the performance of the broad range of tasks and duties that support the day to day running of the service.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Meet and greet patients as their first point of contact at consulting suites and direct them appropriately- Check patients in for their appointments; register new patients quickly and efficiently.- Organise the week’s consulting lists, generally for the following week.- Book patients for admission to Cabrini and inform patients about the administrative aspects of procedure(s).- Interact with Allied Health professionals as required.

About you

You will also have:
- Sound knowledge of mental health services and experience working in a reception/administrative role highly desirable- Proficiency with patient management software (WebPAS,), and Microsoft Office- Well-developed interpersonal, organisational and communication skills- Calm demeanour and not easily flustered; demonstrated self-motivation with the ability to work independently, with minimum supervision, as well as in a team- Demonstrated understanding of and respect for confidentiality in all matters
