**Pest & Weed Control Technician Or Trainee**

We are a small family run Pest Control & Weed Management Business operating throughout the Perth Metro Area.

**You will be rewarded with**:

- $5000 onboarding bonus ($2500 paid at 6 monthly intervals)
- Annual wage increases & commissions/rewards
- Modern Work vehicle 24 x 7 (available for private use as well) with the BEST equipment - including dual retractable reels.
- Latest Mobile phone of your choice 24 x 7 (available for private use as well).
- Ability to earn generous bonuses and rewards - commission for every termite barrier sold and every upsell. Most of our staff Christmas bonuses range between $2k - $6k.
- Minimal weekend work. When weekends are required in busy times you will be generously rewarded.

- On job training - get qualified - Cert 3 in Urban Pest Management (while being paid)
- Your position is home based - chemicals will delivered to your door.
- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- A valid manual drivers licence
- A current Pest Control Licence or Weed Control Licence is desirable but we will consider training the right person
- Like working outdoors
- Police Clearance (or the ability to provide one during the interview process)
- Attention to detail and exceptional work ethic
- Work well in a small team
- The ability to self-manage and meet required deadlines
- Clean & tidy appearance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $109,999.00 per year
