**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking a Leader to assist the Operations Manager in supervising E-Commerce flows through the warehouse from Saturday to Wednesday.- The role is responsible for creating seamless continuity from the Friday E-Commerce shifts and supervising end to end weekend process from Wave release (orders), through replenishment to dispatching E-Commerce orders. In this critical role you will be integrating with the Monday to Friday AM and PM shifts.**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
To perform this role successfully, we are looking for an exceptional warehousing supervisor who can perform each essential duty to a high standard. If you have the following criteria, then we want to hear from you:
- Experience in promoting a positive safety culture in a warehouse environment
- Experience in leading a large team and labour planning against workload forecast
- Ability to provide clear and concise instructions to your team on priorities to ensure lead times are adhered to.
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Experience in updating and maintaining training documentation
