We are looking for an** Content Creato**r to join our Marketing team in Sydney. The primary purpose of the role is to create video content for OMG’s social media and our CEO’s personal brand. The Content Creator will ideate, plan, film, edit and post a steady flow of organic social content for the US, Dubai, Australian markets and more.

As a **Content Creator,**you will be responsible for:

- Film, edit, produce & post organic video content for Meta Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, external editors, internal designers, and freelancers as needed
- Ideate and create a monthly content plan, posting schedule and production schedule for OMG and the CEO’s personal brand
- Test creative hooks and iterate quickly based on performance
- Collate and recommend content ideas to ensure relevance and trends
- Spot and capture sharable moments and shoot ‘behind the scenes’ content
- Ensure content all stays platform native while ensuring alignment with the OMG brand

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years' experience in content creation and social media marketing
- Ability to film, edit, and design content that drives action - not just looks good
- Strong understanding of marketing performance and growth creative
- Experience with tools like CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Suite, Canva, Birdeye and Hubspot
- Track record in winning content, backed up by insights
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and Google Docs
