**Your Next Role**

We're looking for a confident and capable Operations Manager to lead day-to-day production at our Shepparton site. If you've got experience in manufacturing, enjoy working closely with your team, and know your way around timber processing equipment, this could be your next big move.

You'll play a hands-on role in leading production, managing schedules, overseeing stock and machinery, and building a strong, safety-first team culture. It's a role that mixes leadership with practical know-how—and the chance to make a genuine difference every day.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Leading a close-knit production team, including mentoring and training staff
- Coordinating day-to-day timber processing and pallet/bin manufacturing operations
- Operating or overseeing machinery including moulders, dockers and bandsaws
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering raw materials to support production
- Reporting on output, quality, and safety performance
- Maintaining high standards in safety, product quality, and efficiency
- Driving continuous improvement across people, process, and plant
- Supporting team development through structured training and clear expectations
- Contributing to a positive, respectful, and solutions-focused team culture

- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role (timber industry a bonus)
- Strong people management skills with a focus on mentoring and team development
- Confidence operating or overseeing timber processing machinery
- A practical approach to problem-solving, planning, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
- A strong safety mindset and commitment to quality standard
