**Job Description**:
**Your new opportunity**:
Develop and deliver sales, customer service and related training programs to assist Penske achieve its ambitious growth plans.

In this role you will:

- Develop and deliver sales and related training to Penske owned and independent dealer Sales Representatives across the key sales areas including truck sales, product sales and after sales teams.
- Coordinate customer service training and skill development for customer facing roles such as Parts Advisor and Service Advisor roles.
- Mentor sales and customer service staff.
- Undertake internal and external training as required to support personal, ongoing professional development.
- Manage trainee assessments and competence feedback to Managers.

**About you**:

- Previous experience developing and delivering sales and customer service training.
- Previous experience in a similar/related industry and/or products.
- Strong presentation, facilitation and verbal communication skills (both face to face and electronic).
- Ability to travel as required.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
