**The Role**:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced** All Rounder Catering Assistant / Waitstaff** to join one of the fastest growing catering companies in Australia.

We are seeking an All Rounder Catering Assistants with front of house experience (waitstaff) to work at our busy university residential dining hall in North Adelaide.

Reporting to the Chef Manager, your role is to ensure our students, staff and guests have the opportunity to enjoy their meals in a friendly and vibrant atmosphere with excellent food service and quality.

**Roster**:

- **All Rounder Catering Assistant**:

- Various days - lunch & dinner shifts
- **All Rounder Catering Assistant**:

- Morning Shift 6:30am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday
- **Waitstaff**:

- Monday & Wednesday evenings (formal dinners)

**What This Role Involves**:

- Assisting with food preparation e.g. peeling/chopping vegetables, making sandwiches & salads
- Front of house waitered meal service
- Friendly customer service
- Plating and serving meals to our diverse customers
- Washing dishes, cleaning and maintaining kitchen & dining areas
- Assisting with preparation and service of functions and conferences
- Maintaining food hygiene, security and safety practices
- Previous experience assisting in all aspects of kitchen operations and service in a busy environment
- Front of House service experience essential
- Ability to organise work quickly & effectively in a fast paced environment with other team members and take direction from your supervisor
- Reliability and availability for various days and hours
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- First class food safety practices
- Ability to comply with OH&S and food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment during peak service periods
