The role requires a high degree of travel across Queensland and the Northern New South Wales as part of a National Treatment MC&I Team, the role will also require interstate travel to support Xylem customers.
This role will see you:
- Carry out routine and emergency service/repair work on various Xylem products
- Primary focus is xylem’s Wedeco U.V & Ozone systems and associated equipment and products.
- Perform chemical cleaning and service on Xylem’s Diffused Aeration systems.
- Test and inspect various Xylem MC&I products, including providing condition reports and recommendation to Xylem customer
- Follow QA procedures and Safety requirements
- Provide timely and accurate advice and support to staff and customers on service, workshop and product related issues both orally and in writing.
