**Angels of Mercy Community Care** is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to delivering person-centred, inclusive, and culturally sensitive support services. We are committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

We are seeking a **Support Worker who speaks AUSLAN** to support an NDIS participant who is deaf and communicates using **basic AUSLAN**. The participant is eager to improve their language skills through regular interaction and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support with **community access and attending appointments**:

- Communicate using AUSLAN and help the participant practice and improve their skills
- Ensure respectful, person-centred support at all times

**Requirements**:

- **Must speak AUSLAN** (at a level that allows basic communication and support)
- ABN (contractor role)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Right to work in Australia
- Prior support work experience preferred

**Job Details**:

- Locations: South Morang & Melbourne CBD
- Regular ongoing shifts available
- Pay: $45-$50/hour
