Installer - Industrial Overhead Doors

- Industrial Doors, Roller shutters, Sectional Doors, Industrial Rollerdoors
- Manufacturing of Roller shutters / Aluminium shop fronts or doors
- Servicing, Fabrication/Welding,
- Familiar with electric motors - Single phase or 3 phase
- Team player
- Must be able to read technical drawings.

**Position**:
The key responsibility for this role is to provide quality customer satisfaction while installing, a wide range of industrial & commercial roller shutters, sectional doors, gates and associated parts/equipment

You will be working as part of an installation/fitting team to supply and install in-house manufactured industrial roller shutters, fire rated shutters and sectional doors. The position is a hands-on manual role and does involve some lifting and working at heights.

The company works on large construction sites mainly in the greater Sydney area and sometimes further into NSW regional areas.

You will be required to:

- Attend construction sites and install new overhead doors working with another team member and often an electrician.
- Ability to use truck mounted cranes and scissor lifts/boom lifts
- Be aware of working to time frames - as trades are allocated only certain days to install and finish their jobs
- Attend site inductions for each new site.
- Ability to work in with other trades on site to ensure job gets done.
- Have a strong safety awareness, ensuring total focus on the job at hand and exercising high duty of care to yourself and those around you.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- At least 2-3 years industry experience in the same or similar role is crucial.
- Must hold a current drivers’ license and White Card. Bonus if you hold an MR license, EWP license & forklift license.
- Sound welding experience.
- Good communication skills in dealing with both clients, team members and office staff.
- Motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude.
- Must be physically fit and able to work at heights.
- Must have an ability to liaise with project managers and clients.

**Salary**: $69,000.00 - $107,289.73 per year
