As a dynamic Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing market research projects, maintaining key client relationships that make a real impact. Looking for someone who is keen to take the next step up and be trained for promotion

**Here's what you'll be up to**:

- Quantitative research magic: Clean and weight data files, conduct desktop research, test online survey links, and bring your SPSS and Q skills to the table.
- Project management pro: Keep projects on track, manage team members, and provide quality assurance.
- Presentation powerhouse: Design visually-impactful presentations and reports, and deliver findings in a clear and engaging manner.
- Client liaison extraordinaire: Help maintain key client relationships, identify business development opportunities, and actively promote our brand.

**What you'll bring to the table**:

- A commitment to delivering high-quality work and a detail-oriented approach.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in a fast-paced project environment.
- The drive to uncover efficiencies and improve processes.
- A team player attitude, with a get-things-done mentality and a sense of humour.
- Experience in a broad range of services clients including financial services, telco, insurance, etc. is a plus.
