Western Health is on an ambitious journey to improve our employee experience, Project PeopleConnect (PC) will implement two HR technology solutions, PeopleHub and RosterHub.
The first stream, PeopleHub will be a core HR Information System (HRIS) that manages the lifecycle of our employees through talent acquisition, contracts management, on-boarding, variations to employment, organisational, position and employee information and separations. The solution will be the first fully integrated HRIS Western has implemented, shaping the future for innovation and employee experience. Under the Strategic Direction; _We care for our people _a key initiative is to deliver a talent management system. This project will extend beyond talent management into how we function on a day to day basis.
The second stream, RosterHub will implement Allocate Optima a cloud-based Rostering, Time and Attendance solution and the award interpretation engine for our payroll solution SAP Payroll. In partnership with the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Royal Women’s Hospital, Optima will improve rostering practices, improve accuracy and reduce manual effort for employees, managers and payroll services.
The Test and Quality Assurance Lead position leads Testing, UAT and Quality Assurance for Project PeopleConnect. The position will be responsible for ensuring technical and functional scoping is aligned to business requirements and system capability, leads the development of UAT plans, understand business processes, ensures data integrity during migration, HRIS integration and replication is setup completely and accurately, and is responsible for maintain the project defect and risk register. The position is also responsible for ensuring Quality Assurance on the project is met, partnering with the vendor and implementation partner to review test and production environments meet specifications outlined.
**To be Successful in this Role you will have;**
- Strong end-to-end HRIS implementation with payroll integration as a Testing specialist
- Demonstrated experience designing test scripts and detailed test plans
- Strong stakeholder relationships with technical support teams across internal and third parties
