Receptionist

Cooroy Computers is a small family owned business that is growing. Our desire is to support locals with their IT needs. We know computers can be frustrating and sometimes have a mind of their own. That's why we are passionate about getting our customer's computers/devices back up and running. We aim to provide a high level of customer service, always with a smile.

We are looking for 2 receptionists.

Position 1: Tuesday to Friday (30hrs per week)
Initially employed on a Casual basis with the opportunity to go part-time after probation period.
Position 2: Tuesday to Friday (20hrs per week)
Happy to be flexible for school hours and young children.

What you'll do:

- Be the first point of contact for customers
- Ensure the customer experience is a good one
- Book jobs into ticketing system
- Receive and price stock
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing customer phone calls
- Book customer tech help, tutorials and on-sites
- Monitoring the ticketing system to ensure technicians are on track for deadlines
- Handling customer pickups and payments
- Sales of accessories and peripherals
- Managing booking reminders
- Basic walk in tech help (not a requirement but desirable)

No qualification needed.
Previous experience desirable but not necessary.
