**Position: Client Care Officer**

You'll be at the heart of our clinic's operations, creating the first and lasting impression for our patients. Your warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail will ensure a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients with a smile and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar effectively.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate patient intake forms and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage appointments and paperwork.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using appointment scheduling software.
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to customer service.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $26.85 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MELTON, VIC 3337: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service/administration: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
