About the Role
The Concierge Manager will work alongside another, to manage the operational concierge team at Bankstown Sports. This will be across three entrances focusing on all facets of the customer journey. This role will require diplomacy, good decision making skills and an ability to create experiences guests wish to repeat. As we are a leading Club within the industry the role will also focus on compliance, and training the wider team on these requirements.

**Some of the role responsibilities will include**:

- Lead lobby operations and set a high standard of customer service
- Lead and Support a Service focused team
- Engage, mentor, support and motivate staff
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures
- Conflict resolution
- Work collaboratively with all departments and Liaise with key stakeholders on relevant issues
- Assisting with Rosters
- Promote and monitor high standard of presentation and grooming

**What we are looking for**:

- 2-3 years Management/leadership experience preferably in a similar industry or setting
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Intermediate computer literacy skills
- Valid NSW RSA & RCG
- Working with Children's check
- First Aid certificate
