**THE ROLE**:
Operates and works in a manufacturing environment using equipment in our Screening Media Department to produce a range of products for the Mining and Aggregate Industry.
Understands the work activities of the workstation, the co-ordination of workflow to meet schedules and the importance of maintaining a high standard of housekeeping of the workstation.
Perform cast molding procedures that include set-up, pouring, and demolding of various custom and standard molded parts.
Follow safety guidelines.
Ability to meet production run rate standards and KPI’s.
Reads production drawings in conjunction with work orders for product specifications such as weights, dimensions and tolerances.
Observes operation of machine and verifies conformance of manufactured parts to specifications.
Understands the quality requirements of the products and ability to perform first part quality check.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Current forklift ticket.

DESIRABLE

Experience in Pouring and Casting Polyurethane
Experience in Operating CNC Punching Machines
Current dogging ticket
