**Job description**

m. hotel is a family-owned hotel accommodation provider in Sale, Gippsland.

We are in search of a **Housekeeper**to join our growing, vibrant and friendly team at m.hotel and Siesta Central Apartments on a **Casual basis.**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Cleaning of guest rooms and shared guest areas.
- Ensuring room amenities are stocked.
- Disposal of all waste around the hotel.
- Reporting of maintenance issues.
- Providing excellent customer service with all guest interactions.
- Motivate and embody the positive and fun culture we have.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience is a similar role is preferable, but not essential.
- Reliability. We are focused strongly on teamwork, and this is paramount for fitting in.
- A good eye for detail and excellent time management skills.
- A positive attitude, who can problem solve.
- Impeccable interpersonal skills, to make customers and your team feel at home.
- Have a great sense of humour.
