Our client is a seeking a hardworking Payroll and Billing Officer to work alongside a friendly and knowledgeable team. **The Role**

Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day is different? In this dynamic role you will contribute to a fortnightly payroll and monthly billing process and work alongside an experienced and inspiring team. You will be responsible for data entry, reconciliation of timecards, pay distribution, invoicing and billing customers and providing statements to various departments. Your extraordinary time management and attention to detail will take you far in this role when considering Enterprise Agreements and Government Mandates for the volumes you will be processing.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Experience processing the front end of the payroll process.
- Experience interpreting awards and agreements.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and openness to learning new systems.
- Accounts Receivable or Revenue experience.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Remarkable attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening).
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- General administration skills.
