**About you**

You have an Optical or Pharmacy store leadership background.

Your keenness to join Bupa Optical will mean an initial 12-month fixed term contract is no roadblock. For that positively and commitment, we’ll reward you extremely well.

You’ll be keen to show your leadership skills over this contract term and then discuss with our leadership team, the option of extending into a permanent contract in one of our Sydney stores.

You have a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of a retail store, so that you can enjoy making the most of your skills.

Exposure to Optomate is certainly advantageous - but if you've similar system competency, I'd be interested to hear about it from you.

**Bondi Junction Store Leader role**

Bupa Optical Store Leadership is about customers first and is a people focused role with operational accountability. You’d be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team of Optometrist/s, Optical Dispensers and Retail Assistants and will enjoy motivating your team to surpass KPI’s so they gain the financial rewards and recognition.
