**Job Description**:
The Team Leader Intake and Assessment will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Intake and Assessment team to ensure Senior Practitioners provide frontline staff with supervision, consultation and guidance, and professional development.

Desired Skills & Experience
- You must be able to demonstrate the following:_
- Noteworthy operational experience working in crisis response and intervention, preferably within family violence services
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing a team and providing clinical guidance
- Experience coordinating services, including delivery of KPIs and performance targets
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in staff support and supervision
- Demonstrated knowledge of or experience in domestic and family violence, crisis interventions, complex case management, AOD or Mental Health sectors
- Demonstrated understanding or ability to quickly gain an understanding of the Victorian Government family violence sector reforms and legislation
- Highly developed problem-solving and critical thinking skills, including experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Proactive and self-starting, seizes opportunities and acts upon them, takes responsibility for own actions.
