As Sales Representative at Carbiz, you will be supporting the Business Development Manager in overseeing a portfolio of existing clients and fostering strategic relationships within the Perth region. The objective is to effectively manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

**About the Role**:

- Manage and build relationships with a portfolio of current clients through regular face-to-face and phone-based interactions.
- Conduct on-site visits to client locations to build and strengthen relationships, ensuring a personal touch in client interactions.
- Provide clients with information about our initiatives, procedures, and unique features.
- Gather and analyse client feedback during face-to-face interactions for service improvements.
- Log all activities, visits, and comments to maintain accurate business records.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

**About You**:

- Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales, Account Management or Business Development preferred but not essential (we hire based on attitude).
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally as required (Essential).
- Proven experience fostering long-term relationships and service with customers and/or clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and partnership-building skills.
- Well-developed verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to assist team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
