A private English language school located in Manly NSW and Kogarah NSW is currently looking for an English Language Teachers.

Courses are delivered face-to-face with online support, assessment materials and support provided by the college.

**A successful applicant must meet following requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience
- Teachers must hold:A recognised degree or equivalent **and**:

- A recognised TESOL qualification;
- **or**:

- A Recognised degree in education with TESOL method (A degree in education or teaching with TESOL method includes a Bachelor of Education with TESOL method)
- Recent Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Appropriate Australian work permit**Selection Criteria and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Adult EAL management skills
- Self motivated as well as a motivator
- Focused on student engagement and learning
- Ability to work in a team environment and be receptive to feedback and change
- A good ear for pronunciation errors and ability to error correct

Remuneration is negotiable dependent upon experience and qualifications.
