**About the Role**:

- **Full-time position** - 5 days per week (Monday to Friday, some Saturday's)
- **8-10 hour shifts** per day
- General gardening and maintenance duties including mowing, whipper snipping, pruning, planting, and clean-up
- Working across residential and commercial job sites
- Opportunity for long-term, ongoing work for the right person

**Requirements**:

- Must be **reliable, punctual, and show up every day** - consistency is key
- **Driver’s licence and own reliable transport** to and from work
- Able to **work independently and unsupervised** once trained
- **Physically fit** and capable of manual outdoor work in all weather conditions
- **Good attitude, strong work ethic**, and pride in completing quality work
- Experience in gardening, landscaping, or similar outdoor work preferred (but not essential)
- Must follow **safe work practices** and take care of equipment
