**The Role**:
MACA are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a fixed term contract up to 12 months, working Monday to Friday in the Welshpool corporate office.

You will be a key member of a close-knit team and directly contribute to the effectiveness of our project delivery and success. **To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Previous experience in high volume blue-collar maintenance recruitment.
- Advanced sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines and place hard to fill vacancies.
- Strong focus on diversity and inclusion by actively seeking to hire individuals from various backgrounds, cultures and perspectives.
- Experience in writing and posting job advertisements on external platforms (e.g. SEEK, LinkedIn, Job Boards, shortlisting, screening, interviewing, due diligence and offer management).
- Strong administration skills and MS Office skills specifically in MS Word and Excel.
- The ability to maintain reporting requirements.
- Attention to detail and able to meet site compliance requirements.
- A proactive and flexible approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- To attract, develop, motivate, and retain a quality workforce.
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Provide expert advice on recruitment sourcing strategies and market trends.
- Recruitment of blue-collar maintenance personnel to meet manning requirements.
- Provide recruitment data to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Strive to establish a culture encompassing the vision and core values of MACA.
- Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of MACA work practices.
