The group was founded in 1998 by Marcella Romero, a strategic, passionate and innovative leader who expanded a one-woman home office to three successful enterprises: Rehab Management, AimBig Employment and LiveBig. **Your Purpose** - **Customer-focused**:Passionate about delivering counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances - **Quality-orientated**:Case managing complex psychological injuries and liaising with treating health professionals, all delivered with the highest standards of quality and care - **People-passionate**:Take pride in empowering others and advocating for recovery and return to work - **Dynamic and Agile**:Pride yourself on conducting assessments to help guide people towards their new career by developing graduated return plans through liaising with doctors regarding appropriate timeframes - **Innovation Driven**:Be part of an innovation-led organisation Since 1998, Arriba Group has grown to over 600 staff across more than 40 offices nationwide **About You** - Tertiary qualification & registration with AHPRA Provisional or Full registration or ASORC - Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans - Pride yourself on strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Arriba is made up of innovators - we want our staff to bring new ideas to the table **The Role** - Deliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances - Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career - Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients - Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce - Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educating employers on the health benefits of good work **Your Next Step** At Rehab Management and Arriba Group we aim to protect you and our clients therefore we require all potential employees to undergo a number of compliance and qualification checks. These checks, include (but not limited to), police background checks, NDIS clearance, qualifications check and Working with Children's check as well as a current unrestricted Australian driver's licence. Unsuccessful or unsatisfactory clearance will result in an unsuccessful outcome.
