**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Managing staff and leading with a supportive, can-do attitude.
- Overseeing projects from start to finish.
- Building and improving systems and processes to make life easier for everyone.
- Strengthening customer relationships and ensuring we deliver the best experience.
- Helping shape the future of our business with fresh ideas and practical solutions.

**About You**
- Previous locksmith industry experience is a must.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Organised, reliable, and excellent at time management.
- Fantastic communication skills — with staff, clients, and suppliers.
- A team player who cares about people and outcomes.
- Someone with the drive and initiative to help grow the business.
