**Production kitchen in Randwick looking for an Evening Supervisor. In this hands-on role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. You will work closely with the Management team.**

The role includes but not limited to
- Preparing sandwiches, wraps & salads for dispatch
- Lead and motivate a small team
- Ensure the best quality and that recipes are followed
- Maintain food safety standards
- Meet production targets and manage inventory
- Ability to be flexible and work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Reliable
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to Detail

**You are a perfect fit if you have**:
At least 2 years of experience in the food industry

Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles

Proven supervisory experience in a food production environment

Excellent and strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

A passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement

Casual, Part time & Full time available

Competitive salary (based on experience)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
