Western Health Bacchus Marsh have an exciting opportunity for highly motivated and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager/s to join Bacchus Marsh Maternity Services. This Associate Nurse Unit Manager vacancy is a permanent part-time (up to 24 hours per fortnight) position.

Maternity Services at Bacchus marsh offer care to woman across the entire midwifery continuum. As the ANUM - you will be responsible for overseeing the care of antenatal, Birth suites, postnatal, domically and SCN. Known for its strong midwifery culture and supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with woman and their families whilst supporting them through the entire continuum of midwifery care.

Selection Criteria:

- Previous experience within the ANUM or nurse in charge role
- Current registration as a Registered Midwife in Australia
- Demonstrate excellent clinical and organisational skills
- Experience and motivated to work closely with a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrate effective management skills appropriate to the Associate Nurse Unit Manager role
- Demonstrate effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Possess well-highly developed interpersonal skills including conflict resolution strategies
- Demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Be innovative, resourceful and adaptable to change
- FSEP Level 3
