**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Commercial or Business Administration required
- Master Degree in Project Management or Business Administration highly preferred

**Working experience**:

- _At least 3 years experience working for membership, education, advertising and promotion not-for-profit organisation in Australia_
- _At least 3 years experience in stakeholder management in logistics and transport industry in Australia_
- _Solid experience in managing social media page, including LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc. for not-for-profit organisation in Australia_

This Permanent Full-Time role is available for start in March 2025 and can be a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH on average. Office is based in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Develop and coordinate advertising strategies and campaigns, determine the market for new members and services, and identify and develop market opportunities for new and existing services offered by CILTA
- Design, develop and maintain infrastructure and architecture associated with the Google cloud.
- Collaborate and support the vendor and stakeholders to inform the use of the HigherLogic platform and champion its innovative use
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and identify opportunities for standardisation, providing solutions and offering input and guidance on functionality and capabilities of the platform
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, conduct solution training sessions and diagnose and resolve technical issues via the system support areas
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective strategies are implemented to reduce risk, maintain compliance, and explore continuous improvement and potential benefits and cost-saving opportunities

**Job description**:

- Design and execute advertising campaigns to promote CILTA’s programs, events, certifications, and membership benefits to professionals in the logistics and transport sectors.
- Collaborate with state Chairs to create compelling content for advertising materials such as newsletters, brochures, social media posts, and website updates, ensuring alignment with CILTA’s mission and objectives.
- Lead advertising efforts for CILTA conferences, workshops, webinars, and networking events, driving registrations and engagement from industry professionals and stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams, members, and industry sponsors to amplify key messages and ensure consistent branding across all advertising initiatives.
- Conduct research to identify target audiences, analyse market trends, and monitor competitor advertising strategies, integrating insights into future campaigns to maximise impact.
- Monitor and analyse advertising performance metrics (e.g., impressions, click-through rates, and conversions) using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing reports to guide optimisation strategies.
- Negotiate with industry publications to secure advertising placements that increase visibility for CILTA’s initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance the CILTA brand identity across advertising platforms, ensuring consistency with the organisation’s vision and professional image.
- Ensure all advertising materials adhere to Australian advertising standards, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and reflect CILTA’s commitment to professionalism and ethical practice in the logistics and transport industry.
- Design advertising strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones by showcasing the value of CILTA membership, including access to professional development, networking, and industry recognition.
- Oversee the coordination, processing, and management of CILTA membership and professional development qualifications, handling tasks like member transfers, upgrades, and effective communication with applicants.
