**The Opportunity**:
We have an opportunity for a Billing officer to join the team, in this role you will help to turn agreements into deliverable services. The role will ensure timely billing of services provided to clients, is completed in line with all individual funding agreements and are aligned with their NDIA plan or other governance obligations, and Minda’s internal requirements.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Ensure the consistent implementation of service delivery outcomes are billed.
- Support ongoing projects aligned with process improvement.
- Maintain billing compliance in line with government contracts and NDIS rules and regulations.
- Liaise regularly with the Service Departments and the Intake team
- Review and update data collection processes in response to system and contractual demands
- Investigate and correct billing enquires in line with external compliance requirements
- Assist with business rules to maintain compliance

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of the disability sector and NDIS rules and regulations is desirable
- Experience in Technology One Software / System is desirable
- Reconciliation experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS pricing schedule, service and supports is desirable but not essential
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills

**You will also possess**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Valid DHS Disability Screening)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current Driver's Licence
- Unrestricted Working Rights
- COVID Vaccinations (2+ booster)
