**The Opportunity**

As a Field Service Technician (FST), you will actively engage with customers onsite, providing support through the ongoing inspection, maintenance, and servicing of Bullivants’ products. Our FSTs are hands-on and ensure product are functioning optimally and meeting the highest standards of safety and reliability.

**About the role**:

- Support with on and off-site inspections of lifting equipment (including test and tag)
- Conduct regular maintenance and service repairs on product and equipment
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide relevant advice on quality products
- 100% commitment to personal and business safety
- Ability to liaise with and work on customer sites

**About you**:

- A demonstrated technical service experience within a manufacturing background preferred
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites as required
- Customer focus and the ability to develop strong client relationships
- Ability to work within a physically demanding role
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously with a strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Relevant tickets/licenses including Dogging AND Working at heights highly desirable

This is a **permanent, full-time opportunity** and will be based at **Bullivants Welshpool.**Given the nature of the role, there will be the requirement for some travel to customer sites across WA.
