As an Admin Assistant for Allied Business Support Australia (ABSA), there is a responsibility to be the first and main support, not only for us but for the many clients we take calls for and support. This is a pivotal role for our company and our clients. It is a high pressure role given there are multiple clients this role supports across Australia. This role is an Administration role including inbound and outbound calls for the clients you support during your rostered hours. There is also a requirement to support our reception team and clients with overflow calls and tasks as required.

**JOB TYPE**:Permanent Part Time

**Job Hours**:
Monday and Tuesday 8am - 5pm AEST (note: with a view to increase as the role grows or as required).

**LOCATION**:Work from home role (Australia Wide)

**REPORTS TO**:Head of Operations and Director of ABSA

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Taking inbound and outbound calls for your client accounts.
- Performing ad-hoc administration duties
- Invoices and debtor follow up
- Client account management
- Service agreements
- NDIS funding knowledge
- Using different online booking systems (Splose, Cliniko, Power Diary, Halaxy etc)
- Completing daily handovers
- Collating and entering referral information into PMS
- Task Management

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**Experience**:

- Experience in an Allied Health administration role is a must
- NDIS experience from a service provider view
- Managing multiple tasks at once

**Technical Skills**:

- Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and outlook)
- Knowledge and understanding of Google Suite and all associated products
- Intermediate IT skills, able to troubleshoot basic technical issues that may arise
- Ability to use many software products at the one time
- Experience in using online booking systems

**Job Requirements**:

- Own Laptop (must be portable for trainings) or portable PC with the ability to replace and upgrade as needed
- Fast speed Internet - (we will require you to do an internet speed test)
- Backup / portable internet - for when home internet is down OR the ability to relocate to ensure shift is completed
- Headset
- 2nd Monitor
- Quiet home office with no background noise
- Ability to travel and work from our Sunshine Coast office as required and for training

**PERFORMANCE GOALS**:

- Complete administration tasks on time
- Deal with clients, suppliers and other team members professionally at all times
- All calls are answered within set KPI times
- All time is logged in time tracking software and 95% of rostered time is tracked
- A real team player
- Able to complete a thorough handover to the next shift team
- Ability to work across many online booking systems
- Able to follow direction from Head of Operations and ABSA Director
- Uphold an exceptional attendance rate over the performance review period
- Punctuality. Arrive on time for scheduled work hours and meetings

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 17 per week
