**We will count on you to**:

- Undertake research & data analysis
- Supervised site inspections and field work
- Report & spreadsheet compilation to include data transfer, formatting & formulas
- Liaison with client representatives
- Use of our in-house valuation program
- Arranging project plans & site inspections
- Supporting senior staff with general valuation, research & analysis tasks
- Work with the project managers to support on time and accurate delivery
- Flexibility to adapt priority task changes

**We would like you to have**:

- Degree (or soon to be completed Degree) in Property Valuation
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and computer competency
- Organised
- Desire and willingness to learn new skills to complement your existing skills
- Ability to deliver results on time and in full
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Confident communicator in all forms
- Analytical mindset
- Team player with high integrity and energy
- Level-headed nature and organised under pressure
- Willing to travel both regionally and nationally
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

**What makes you stand out**:

- Experience in financial reporting, insurance and/or market valuations would be looked upon favourably
- Demonstration of strong logístical, organisational and analytical skills
- Strong Excel and systems capabilities
