Do you currently hold or able to obtain NV1 Level security Clearance?

Due to continued growth and project wins we have an opportunity available for an experienced Design Manager/Coordinator to join our Infrastructure team in Perth to provide support to a key defence project.

**Position Overview**:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Design Manager/ Coordinator to become the cornerstone of our project management and design management activities. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure project deliverables meet our stringent cost, time, and quality objectives, while fostering robust, trusted relationships with our clients.

Success in this role hinges on your ability to collaborate effectively and maintain strong partnerships. You'll leverage your exceptional leadership skills to navigate the complexities of managing and mentoring a diverse, multi-disciplinary team, driving positive outcomes for both our clients and internal stakeholders.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Extensive infrastructure design experience, ideally in the Defence sector.
- Demonstrated experience in working under a Defence Design Services Contract and/or Managing Contract
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Current NV1 level Clearance or the ability to obtain Defence clearance.
- Must hold Australian Citizenship.
