**About The Role**:
A newly created opportunity for a Head of Data Intelligence and Measurement has arisen within Coles 360. This is an exciting and unique role where you’ll be empowered to and lead the Data, Insights and Measurement proposition overseeing data strategy and analytics to drive business growth and performance, leveraging customer insights, and delivering KPI’s. It requires omni-channel performance to measure the effectiveness of Coles supplier media investment. Utilising Data-driven insights, you’ll enhance advertising effectiveness, customer targeting, and revenue generation.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Reporting to the General Manager of Coles 360, you’ll lead the measurement strategy and insights effort of our retail media network while developing and implementing a comprehensive data and insights framework that covers all aspects of our platform and its impact on our customers.

**You’ll also**:

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities to enhance data driven decisions
- Oversee the collection, organisation, and integration of various data sources
- Lead the design and implementation of measurement frameworks and analytics models
- Build and develop a high-performing data, analytics, and measurement team
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in data management, analytics, and methodologies
- Drive best in market measurement to drive revenue growth in the agency and brand sectors
- Lead the unification and standardisation of measurement for Retail Media and Media
- Ensure Coles360 is recognised as a market leader within data, analytics & intelligence.

**What You Bring**:
Tertiary qualified in a business, technology or a numeric discipline, you have 10-15 years’ experience developing and leading a team of technical customer and marketing analysts. Currently a Head of Data/Effectiveness/Measurement, you come from a media owner/ agency/ FinTech or related background.

A strong cross-functional leader and collaborator, you have deep knowledge of Ad Tech & Mar Tech and bring extensive experience working with large data sets and audiences.

**You’ll also need**:

- Demonstrable experience leading large and complex Data orientated agendas
- Strong experience driving change through influence and engagement
- Ability to make the complex simple
- Senior network connections with Agencies and Advertising bodies (IAB, IPSOS, OMA etc)
