We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic wait staff to join our team at a lively and bustling café. As a waitress/waiter, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our customers. You will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Assist customers in selecting menu items, offering recommendations when necessary
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure that customers' special requests and dietary needs are accommodated
- Check on customers throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests
- Clear tables and maintain a clean and tidy dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and exceptional service
- Handle customer payments and process transactions accurately
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waitress/waiter in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergens
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
