You will work closely with industry renowned partners and have the opportunity to develop your expertise in all facets of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. These include complex industrial relations, issues involving trade unions and work councils, complex transactions and restructurings, board-room matters, work health & safety maters, and other strategic issues. You will gain exposure to clients in a range of industries including banking and finance, aviation, manufacturing, construction, retail, transport, mining, energy, charities, and the public sector. **Requirements**: *** To be successful, you will have **2 to 5 years’** of high quality experience in employment law and be admitted in Australia.
