**About the role**

As our next Loader Operator to proudly represent our Production Mining Team, you will live for challenges and thrive on the variety of work available. Like all of us at Thiess, you’re a passionate and energetic person, that appreciates responsibility, recognition and reward.
- 2:1 roster (7D7N7RR) or 2:2 (7D7N14RR) | FIFO Perth to Iron Bridge Mine
- BIBO available for Port Hedland residents
- Salary sacrifice options available for applicants outside WA

**In this role, you will**:

- Operating machinery efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output
- Complying with Thiess’ policies and procedures
- Responding to instructions from Mining Supervisor
- Setting and maintain high housekeeping standards
- Carrying out pre-start checks

**About you**
- Minimum 3-5 years mining experience as mining production loader CAT 994
- Flexible to operate Dump Trucks when required
- Valid Australian Drivers License
- Proven compliance and commitment to health and safety at all times
