Our client is a leading & growing Disability Services Organisation committed to delivering the highest quality personalised care, whilst helping clients across Melbourne's South East lead a fulfilling life.
They are seeking an experienced HR professional responsible for strategic workforce planning, staff retention and engagement who comes with proven results in leading people in the community care industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and lead workforce initiatives with a focus on development of and retention of staff
- Devise a rostering strategy to understand business requirements and recruitment needs
- Manage bulk recruitment initiatives with an understanding of the full employee lifecycle
- Analyse HR metrics and report on current & future recruitment needs
- Provide HR generalist support to the workforce in performance management, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
- Develop a learning & development framework to deliver programs centred around performance, leave management, succession planning & retention
- Proven experience in Human Resource management in the NDIS or Community Care industry
- Capacity to deliver strategic initiatives and manage conflict
- Demonstrated experience in workforce strategy and planning
- Analytical mindset to translate data into practical business solutions
- Labour management experience with the ability to create planning models, process monitoring and reporting
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
- Current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current Clear NDIS Screening Check
- Must satisfy all visa requirements for working in Australia
