Accounts Payable/ Receivable

A1 Earthworx are looking for a highly motivated and organised Accounts payable/receivable to join our team.

Reporting to the Office Manager your primary focus is to manage a variety if administrative tasks including data collaboration, Accounts payable and Accounts receivable for A1 Earthworx.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounts payable (AP) including but not limited to entering invoices, recording invoices into bills, reconciling supplier accounts, payment of invoices through MYOB, investigating and resolving supplier queries.
- Accounts receivable (AR) including but not limited to: invoicing, MYOB invoicing, EFTPOS payments, POS reconciliations, front line customer service including investigating and resolving customer queries.
- Effective and clear communication with other team members in the shared services division and the financial management team.
- Answering incoming phone calls.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of AP/AR procedures
- Proficient in the use of MYOB/Simpro (preferred)
- Competent Microsoft PC skills and aptitude
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Enthusiastic team member
- Adaptability
- Use of initiative, pro-active and organised approach to work
- Teamwork
